Tackle a new sport or get better at one you already enjoy with Army Intramural Sports programs. We encourage participation by units and provide instruction, practice and competition opportunities for all skill levels. When you participate in an intramural sport, you develop your teamwork skills and competitive spirit. At the same time, you’re maintaining your physical fitness and your unit’s readiness.
