Army Sports Fitness Aquatics

Fitness Center Workout

Who Can Use the Fitness Centers?

  • Active-duty, Reserve, and National Guard service members
  • Retirees 
  • Family members 
  • DoW Civilians 
  • Authorized contractors with approved identification
  • Guests accompanied by an authorized patron 

 

Guest Policy

  • Guests must be accompanied by an authorized patron at all times
  • You can bring up to two guests per visit
  • Guests must show valid photo ID and sign in at the front desk
  • Some locations may have restrictions. Check with your local fitness center

Surviving Winter

12 pm - 3 pm

Hosted by ODR, surviving winter, should help you prepare for the harsh winters of interior Alaska. They will talk about proper gear and equipment and the best clothing. 

ODR will also display their winter equipment and talk about future programs like ice fishing, ice climbing, snow machining, cross country skiing, fat tire biking, and more!

Go rock climbing at Grapefruit Rocks. All gear will be provided and all skill levels are welcome. Participants should bring a good pair of shoes, water, and their own lunch/snacks.
