You will start with an initial assesment. The challenge will include 3 group fitness classes per week:
Monday and Wednedays at 6:30 p.m.
Fridays at 6 p.m.
You will also get "homework" to bring home to help you keep losing those inches! When the challenge has been completed you will get a final assesment.
