Due to the popularity of the trip, Service Members will not be allowed to register for the trip without submitting a special trip memo and leaving a deposit of $50. The trip must be paid for in full 2 weeks prior to the date of the trip, or their slot will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued within a week of the trip.
