Celebrate back to school with a 2-hour fitness class!
There will be 1 hour of Cycling followed by another hour of Pump and Pedal.
Cydling is a low impact, high-intensity workout that burns calories like no other cardio class. Pump and Pedal mixes cycling with weight lifting and muscle endurance. These 2 classes combined are sure to give you the best workout!
