The Melaven Fitness Center offers its visitors a facility that includes a wide variety of workout opportunities. Whether you're into weight lifting, functional fitness, or aquatics, the Melaven Fitness Center is your proving ground for an all-around workout. 


Pricing

Active Duty DoD ID Cardholders: Free

DoD ID Cardholders (not Active Duty): $3

Family Pass (Family of 4): $10

10-punch Pass: $27.50

Eligibility

This facility is available for use by all DoD ID Cardholders including Active Duty, Family Members, Retirees, Reserves, and DA Civilians. Patrons must be over the age of 16.

Personal Training

If you are looking to pump up your workout, ask about the Sports & Fitness Centers' Personal Training Program. Our personal trainers will work with you to find a workout that fits perfectly with your fitness ability, schedule, and preferences.

1 Individual Session (50 minutes): $35
5 Individual Sessions Package (50 minutes each): $150
1 Group Session (2-4 People for 50 minutes): $30

Fitness Classes

Classes:
Sports and Fitness offers classes on a scheduled basis. The schedule changes monthly, and new classes are always being added. Join in on group fitness, and get in a great workout!

 

H.I.T.T.
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.T.T.) is a functional fitness class geared towards everyday movements. Workouts typically consist of a warm-up, strength, and Metcon finish session. Whether you're new to fitness or advanced, this class has everything for you.

Powerlifting
A form of competitive weightlifting with a focus on the bench, deadlifts, and squats. This class is perfect for those who have a goal of increasing their overall strength.

Tabata
A form of high intensity interval training, Tabata style workouts improve both aerobic and anaerobic systems within individuals. Stop by for a qucik, fun, and challenging workout.
