Melaven Fitness Center is home to a swim center complete with eight lanes and diving boards. The pool, monitored by lifeguards, is available for lap swim, open swim and lessons. 

Come enjoy swimming all year round at the Indoor Pool. Patrons can enjoy the following:

  • Lap Swim Lanes
  • Open Swim Area (including inflatable Wibit obstacle courses every Saturday!)
  • One Indoor Pool Deck (equipped with tables and chairs)
  • Changing/Shower Room

 

Children and infants may use the pool. A swim diaper is necessary if the child is not potty-trained.

Fitness Classes

Classes:
Sports and Fitness offers classes on a scheduled basis. The schedule changes monthly, and new classes are always being added. Join in on group fitness, and get in a great workout!

 

H.I.T.T.
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.T.T.) is a functional fitness class geared towards everyday movements. Workouts typically consist of a warm-up, strength, and Metcon finish session. Whether you're new to fitness or advanced, this class has everything for you.

Powerlifting
A form of competitive weightlifting with a focus on the bench, deadlifts, and squats. This class is perfect for those who have a goal of increasing their overall strength.

Tabata
A form of high intensity interval training, Tabata style workouts improve both aerobic and anaerobic systems within individuals. Stop by for a qucik, fun, and challenging workout.

Personal Training

If you are looking to pump up your workout, ask about the Sports & Fitness Centers' Personal Training Program. Our personal trainers will work with you to find a workout that fits perfectly with your fitness ability, schedule, and preferences.

 

1 Individual Session (50 minutes): $35
5 Individual Sessions Package (50 minutes each): $150
