A Walk to Honor and Remember; Gold Star Mothers' and Families' Day

Join us for a walk on Fort Wainwright to honor our Gold Star Mothers and Families. The 2021 Walk to Honor and Remember Gold Star Mother's and Family's Day honors our fallen heroes who served in the United States Armed Forces and their loved ones.
The day of the walk, please meet inside Northern Lights Chapel on Fort Wainwright for opening remarks. From there, the walk will proceed through Memorial Park and around Monterey Lake. Event start time: 9:30 a.m.
Registration for the walk opens on Wednesday September 1st, 2021 at 8 a.m.
Patrons can register either in person at the Army Community Service Office, inside Bldg. 3401, or via email.
