Specialized Training of Military Parents (STOMP) Workshop

The Specialized Training of Military Parents (STOMP) is providing Fort Wainwright Families with a free four-day virtual training! 

This training is offered to all Army Families, Active Duty, Retiree, Reserve, and DoD personnel. 

Trainings are scheduled for two hours a day from June 21-24, 9:30 - 11: 30 a.m.

Schedule: 
June 21 - Parents rights
June 22 - Writing Smart 
June 23 - Accommodation and Transitioning Plan
June 24 - Tricare, ECHO, ABA and Medicaid

The workshop will include:
- What your child's IFSP/IEP can do for them when goals are written "SMART"
- 504 accommodations and modifications when transitioning out of high school
- Advocating -Making a Plan 
- Network with peers and professionals to gain knowledge about your local community and available resources
