Key Caller training provides participants with information that is critical to understanding and performing the Key Caller role both effectively and efficiently. This course will discuss the purpose of the FRG phone tree (an FRG mission activity performed by Key Callers), define Key Callers' responsibilities, discuss how to prepare for the Key Caller role, identify resources for Key Callers, and provide tips for success.
