Doyon Utilities Platinum Seating

Day of: Go to the Platinum Seating Area stage left and show a valid ID to receive your wristband. Every patron must be present individually -- wristbands cannot be picked up on behalf of the group. Purchasing for others? You must provide each guest's name at the time of purchase for the VIP list. Your Platinum wristband also serves as your MWR Express access.
MWR Express Pass
Skip the line at MWR food and beverage booths. Valid at MWR booths only -- not valid at food trucks or other vendors.
Day of: Pick up your wristband at the Information Booth starting at 4:30 p.m. All individuals must be present at pickup.
Getting There
All vehicles -- including those driven by Fort Wainwright residents -- must enter and exit through Montgomery Gate. Gates open for event traffic at 1:30 p.m. Have your ID, insurance, and vehicle registration ready; vehicles are subject to inspection. No Visitor Center stop required. Illegal drugs are prohibited on the installation.
Parking is available at Ladd Army Airfield near Chena Bend Golf Course (intersection of Montgomery Road and Ketcham Road). Follow traffic signs and controllers to available spots.
Free Shuttle Service (Recommended!) Skip the parking hassle. Free shuttles run continuous loops from 4 p.m. until the last patron leaves. No reservations needed. Pick-up/drop-off locations:
- Fryar Fitness Center (Bldg. 3709)
- Last Frontier Community Activity Center (Bldg. 1044)
- Youth Center (Bldg. 4109)
- Siku Basin (Lily Lane & Snapdragon Lane)
Food & Drink
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, but there's plenty on-site. Cash and card accepted; no ATM available.
Food vendors: Wok-n-Roll, T's BBQ Connection, Early Bird Fries, and more to be announced.
MWR booths: Popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, and all alcoholic beverages (beer, cider, liquor drinks). MWR is the sole provider of alcohol at the event.
Bring an empty reusable water bottle to fill at the Water Buffalo Station, or pick one up at the Information Booth.
At the Venue
Seating: General admission, first come, first served. The venue is mainly asphalt with some grassy areas -- bring a blanket or folding chair, or purchase one at the Information Booth. To sit with your group, carpool and set up together.
Entry: All patrons pass through a security checkpoint. Bags are subject to search. Review the prohibited items list before arriving. Re-entry is not permitted.
Smoking/vaping: Designated area only. Follow signage at the venue.
Animals: Not permitted, except service animals.
The Power Bounce Area, presented by Doyon Utilities, is free and open to all ages! Features bounce houses, obstacle courses, inflatable axe throwing, and more. Socks required -- available at the Information Booth. Youth must be supervised at all times.
All purchases are nonrefundable.
Getting Home Safely
Don't drive impaired. The S.A.D.D. Program offers free, confidential rides home -- on or off post -- for all DoD ID Cardholders. Find their booth near the water buffalo or call 907-353-4145.
Vehicles left at the airfield will be towed to the Chena Bend Golf Course parking lot beginning at 11 p.m.
