B.O.S.S. Wilderness and Remote First Aid

Make sure you are prepared in case of an emergency while out in the wild. B.O.S.S. Service Members are invited to participate in the American Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid class being hosted at the Outdoor Recreation Center on October 19-20.

At the end of the 2-day course, you will be presented with certification that is good for 2 years.

A current, valid American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Certification is required in order to attend the Wilderness and Remote First Aid class. You can obtain this certification by taking the CPR/AED and First Aid course offered on October 13.

You must have prior approval from your leadership to attend this class. Proof of approval is required at registration.

 

Must be a B.O.S.S. eligible Service Member to participate. This includes Single Service Members, Single with Dependents, and Geo-Bachelors.
