B.O.S.S. Anchorage Ski Weekend

B.O.S.S. Service Members: Let's go on a ski weekend adventure!

This special trip is different from our other monthly Anchorage trips, as it requires participation in mandatory events. On the first day in Anchorage, Service Members can choose between skiing or snowboarding lessons. The lessons will be taught at the JBER Ski Hill. On the second day, attendees will have the opportunity to apply their newly acquired skills at the Alyeska Ski Resort, located an hour's drive south of Anchorage.

Transportation, lodging, lessons, equipment rental, and a lift pass for Alyeska Ski Resort is included in the price of the trip. Participants are responsible for their own meals, and must pack linen or a sleeping bag. All Service Members will stay at the barracks on JBER.

The trip is limited to 20 individuals, and pre-registration is required. This trip is only open to BOSS eligible Service Members (single, single w/ dependent, geo-bachelor). Soldiers wanting to attend this trip will have to prove their eligibility. A special memo is required to attend this trip.
