Reading colors your world!

Excitement and fun await those who journey to the Fort Wainwright Post Library and participate in the Summer Reading Program.

Earn badges and prizes as your read along to your go-to classics and favorite new discoveries!

Did you know that you get to log 2x as many minutes for reading to your child? One for them, one for you. It's a win-win!

What is the Summer Reading Program?
MWR Libraries around the globe are hosting a range of free activities for children, teens, and adults that encourage and support a love of reading! Participants also can earn prizes by reaching their reading and activity goals.

How do I sign-up?
To sign-up for the Summer Reading Program, log on to FortWainwright.Beanstack.org and create an account (free). Once you sign-up for an account, download the mobile app to easily log your books and reading minutes.

How will the Summer Reading Program work?
It will work in 3 easy steps...
1. Read
2. Log your minutes and enjoy our free activities
3. Earn rewards
Once you have your Beanstack account set up, you will be able to log your reading minutes virtually starting May 17. Various prizes will be awarded by age group for participation and the top readers.

When can I pick up my prizes?

Once you have earned a reward, call the Library at (907) 353-2642 so they can have it ready for you when you come in to pick it up.
