Come into the PFC and complete the Fallen Hero Challenge of the day before or after your workout to honor our Fallen Heroes in midst of Memorial Day. Dedicate your challenge to a specific hero or all of them!

Daily Challenges:

May 21: 200 Squats
May 22: 200 Burpees
May 23: 200 pushups
May 24: 200 Squat Jumps
May 25: 200 Situps
May 26: 40 each from previous days (200 total)
