Come together and learn about proper nutrition for babies and parents.
As parents, you struggle with taking care of your baby let alone yourself. Learn about good nutrition and time saving ideas!
From breast feeding, bottle feeding, when to and how to introduce solid foods. This class wil help guide you and support proper feeding from birth to 3 years old.
Bring recipes and meal ideas or anything else you found helpful to shre with everyone!
*This class will be held the 3rd Friday every month except holidays!
