Are you wanting to improve your fitness levels and challenge yourself?
Anyone who is eligible to access the Fitness Facilities can now be apart of an intense, fun, short and effective workout program every week!
The functional fitness group class will use a wide variety of equipment and exercises to get you in shape! You will never get bored with something new each week!
Class will be held every Wednesday from 12 - 1 p.m.
Cost
$3 a class, per person.
