Join a certified instructor at the PFC for the AbsoGLUTEly Fitness Class.
AbsoGLUTEly is a high energy, fun workout that includes weights and cardio to shape and sculpt the core and the lower body areas.
Classes are not held on Federal Holidays.
Cost
Each class is $3 or 1 punch from the punch card (purchase a 10-punch card for $27.50).
