Scramble to compete in a series of physical events as quickly as possible!
This challenge will test your strength and stamina and will include:
• Hex Bar Deadlift
• Sledgehammer Swing
• Tire Flip
• Climbing
• Assorted Carries
• Sled Drag
Test your physical and mental fortitude in a friendly and fun competition.
Top female and male will be awarded a trophy and bragging rights!
Cost
$10 per person.
Registration Information
Participants must register at Melaven or Physical Fitness Center by March 7.
*Payment is due at time of registration.
